No, you do not need an account with us to place an order.
However, we highly recommend that you do create an account.
This will allow you to track and have a proper record of your purchases with us.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order Number.
In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

When you place any order of less than Rs.500 then a shipping charge of Rs.50 gets added to your bill.
The shipping charges are waived off when you place an order of Rs.500 & above.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Ayuttam Herbs also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.

Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.

At Ayuttam Herbs we strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:

Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
Product(s) delivered are past or near its expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)
Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Please do not accept product(s) with tampered seal)

You may raise a return/cancel request with our customer care within 72 hours (03 days) from the delivery of the product.
Ayuttam Herbs reserves the right to cancel the return request, if the customer reaches out to us after 72 hours of delivery.
